Gîte for 14 guests on the 8-hectare Amadeus Ranch, 5 double bedrooms, a bridal room and a mezzanine with 2 single beds and one double bed. The gîte has 4 bathrooms.
Light and spacious gîte, wide open spaces, private swimming pool and jacuzzi, large, enclosed garden with tables, sunbeds, peaceful and relaxing location.
Private 7m x 3.5m heated and secure swimming pool (with alarm), open from mid-May to September, not overlooked, 6-person jacuzzi under the veranda adjoining the house.
Access to the ranch to visit the horses or walk around the pond.
Full set of baby amenities: bed, highchair, playpen, changing table.
At the back of the property, there is direct access to the Landes forest for walking or cycling.
The cycle path is at the entrance to the property and provides access to the beach on the lake (4 km) and the ocean (13km)
