As a qualified yoga teacher and sports educator, I can offer you a class suited to everyone, whatever your flexibility, age or physical ability.

Meet at the Pause Yoga studio, 12/14 avenue de la Côte d?argent ? Plage de la Garluche Mimizan at 8 a.m. for early risers and 9.30 a.m. for late risers.
For moms: Wednesdays at 11am pre-natal class and Thursdays at 11am post-natal class.
If the weather is fine, we'll practice on the sand, and in case of bad weather: in the studio (please note that in this case the number of places is limited, so please register by sms).
Remember to bring your own mat or large towel (mats can be provided on request the day before class)
