Mimizan Plage Sud, a VILLA 300m from the south beach and shops with large garden on an 800m2 private enclosed plot, with large pine trees and grass, for up to 4 people.
3*** rated tourist accommodation, cycle path in front of the rental.
Quiet residential area, 1 car park space in the enclosed car park.
Central heating included from 1 October to 30 April.
Pets are not allowed.
The villa has 2 bedrooms inside the house: 1x double (140cm) and 2x singles (90cm), a sofa bed in the living room and a bedroom with separate access with 2x single bunk beds (90cm), this bedroom is only available to rent from the beginning of May to the end of September. All bedding has disposable mattress protectors plus 1 mattress cover.
Pillows include protective covers.
Sheets are not provided - but can be rented for €15/bed per stay.
Child’s cot (0 to 2.5 years old) free of charge on request before the stay
